Het is een groep hackers gelukt om het twitteraccount van de Indiase premier Narenda Modi te hacken. Vervolgens plaatsten ze een bericht waarin aan de volgers werd gevraagd om een donatie in cryptovaluta.<\/h4>\n

Het zou naar verluidt gaan om het Twitter-account \u2018narendramodi_in<\/a>\u2018. Dit Twitter-account is gekoppeld aan de persoonlijke website \u00e9n de mobiele applicatie van Modi. Dit account was vervolgens het doelwit van de hackersgroep, die zou opereren onder de naam \u2018John Wick\u2019.<\/p>\n

Op het account, dat ruim 2.5 miljoen volgers heeft, werd vervolgens gevraagd voor een genereuze donatie aan het \u2018PM National Relief Fund\u2019, dat tevens tegen het wereldwijde COVID-19-virus strijdt. Mensen konden een donatie doen in zowel Bitcoin (BTC) als Ethereum (ETH).<\/p>\n

In eerste instantie waren 2 adressen zichtbaar; 1 voor BTC en 1 voor ETH. Deze werden snel daarna echter weer verwijderd. Naar verluidt zou echter geen geld zijn gestuurd naar 1 van deze 2 adressen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
