De originele Bitcoin whitepaper van Satoshi Nakamoto beschrijft het als een \u2018peer-to-peer elektronisch geldsysteem\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Maar meer dan een decennium na de lancering lijkt het erop dat er niet veel mensen zijn die hun Bitcoin adressen gebruiken voor betalingen in winkels.<\/p>\n<p>Voor alle duidelijkheid: mensen gebruiken Bitcoin en andere cryptocurrencies om goederen en diensten te kopen.
