In 2019 had Stellar hier ook al eens last van.<\/h4>\n<p>In de offici\u00eble update van Stellar staat dat enkele belangrijke nodes van het netwerk zijn uitgevallen door een onverklaarbare technische storing. Vanaf 15:30 uur onderzochten ingenieurs van het Stellar Development Fund de technische problemen die hebben geleid tot het uitvallen van deze nodes. De blockchain kon toen ook geen nieuwe blokken verwerken aangezien nodes op dat moment offline waren. Geen nieuwe blokken, betekent geen transacties.<\/p>\n<p>Nodes zijn partijen die constant de blockchain controleren en nieuwe versies kunnen af- of goedkeuren.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens het twitteraccount van Stellar is het netwerk drie uur na het delen van de eerste update weer online gegaan.
